That’s a Wrap: September
Ah September, the month of warm days, cool nights, apple picking, back to school and football. Me being me, I managed to cram that all in, this month. Plus, my son and I met some friends at the Toledo Zoo over Labor Day Weekend. I started driving for Uber this month, and it has been a blast, I mostly drive in College towns, so it’s mainly college students and young adults. I also, went to Witches Night out with my sister, which is a fun shopping and food event, where everybody dresses up as witches. My last activity of the month was to volunteer at the NICU Halloween party, where the kids who have been in the NICU get to come back and visit with the nurses and see other families they may know from their stay, it was great to see all the little kids dressed up, we don’t get trick or treaters at our house, so it was extra special for me. That was my month in a nutshell, what did you get up to in September?

Most Popular Instagram:
I am loving Instagram lately, so many creative people, with such lovely photos. Trying to step up my own game a bit, seems to have paid off, as I’m up to 460 followers and am planning on doing a mini give-away when I hit 500. SO stay tuned for that, and if your not already following Stain On The Page there, you can do so here. This month’s popular photo is, one I took at the apple orchard. With a total of 115 likes.
Book of the month: It’s a tie between Checkmate This is Dangerous and Paradox Bound
Song of the month: Song of Silence by Disturbed (an older song, but I’ve been listening to it a lot this month)
Tv Show: Grimm (of course) I finally finished it though.. so I need some suggestions for new shows.
Movie: Moana, Disney does it again, I think, I’ve watched 3 times this month, again it’s older but I didn’t go to the movies this month.
Moment: seeing all the kids dressed in costume at the NICU Halloween party
Activity: Witches Night Out
September, was a fun filled month for me, and I hope yours was as well. Coming up in October is a surgery for me, I am having extra skin, fat and tissue removed from my abdomen and upper arms, since having weight loss surgery back in March of 2016, I have lost 145 pounds and these areas have lot’s of skin that rubs and cause pain, so will be having it removed, which means that the majority of October will be spent recovering, and right now I am not sure how many books I’ll be reading or activities I will be able to participate in, but I’ll probably have more movie recommendations. Also, in October, my son works at a haunted house, so I’ll be bummed if I have to miss out on seeing his performance. What about you? Any fun Halloween or fall actives you are looking forward too?
